With the set of ex-protected smartphone and barcode scanner, i.safe MOBILE delivers a multifunctional package for effective data collection in industry. The IS-TH1xx.1 barcode scanner uses a Zebra OEM imager scan engine, enabling it to reliably capture any 1D and 2D barcode at distances of up to 15 meters. Data transfer succeeds wirelessly via the ISM interface – a Bluetooth connection is not necessary. Since the device is powered via the IS530.1 smartphone, no additional battery is required. At only 380 g, this makes the barcode scanner easy to carry and transport.

The IS530.1 is a smartphone for working in ATEX zone 1 areas and is therefore predestined for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. But the smartphone is also a reliable tool in other hazardous environments thanks to water resistance up to 2 meters and temperature stability between -20 and 60 degrees.

Not only the barcode scanner can be connected via the integrated ISM interface – it is also possible to connect microphones, infrared cameras or headsets.

Thanks to the 4.5-inch display, you always have an overview during use. The display is made of sturdy third-generation Gorilla Glass, which protects it from scratches and shattering. Even more, it can be operated with gloves without any problems.

Your data will find room on the 64 GB memory, which you can expand up to 128 GB if necessary. With the 5 MP and the 13 MP camera, you can take photos of the scene or communicate in video conferences.
