Get improved insights to optimize your business. Our solution is modular and includes, depending on the requirement and environment, a people counter camera and the people counter app. This will ensure that you get the most accurate visitor numbers with enhanced information.
The hardware sends accurate information about the number of visitors to your portal, while the software, analyzes the visitor frequency. Thus, you know when and how many customers enter your store. Furthermore, various variables can be set in context to the number of customers. This includes for example: Weather, time of day, sales or marketing campaigns.
Our innovative technology consists of a people counter camera (Thermal, Stereo, Time of Flight) which collects raw data and sends it to your people counter app. Installation and commissioning is simple and takes only a few minutes. Simply place the sensor where you want to count people. Once activated, your portal turns all raw data into meaningful reports filled with insights that help you optimize your business.
P.S.: Of course, with our people counter you can count bidirectionally, incoming and outgoing customers.
With access to the analytics platform and advanced reporting, you gain deep insights to better understand your customer behavior. These evaluations are especially interesting for retailers and museums. Among other things, you receive meaningful reports on the number of visitors in relation to:
Compare the number of visitors per hour / day / week / month / year
Identify and compare high-traffic areas and locations
Find out how the weather affects the number of visitors
With the open REST API, you can bidirectionally connect people counter data to other systems. E.g.: with the POS system, the marketing platform, the ERP system, etc....
Export data and reports -online or via FTP- to Excel, CSV, PFD, or email them automatically to team members
All reports can be created to your individual requirements.
You can’t get more “state of the art” in people counting than this! With Vector 4D people counter you will not miss a single visitor. No matter what the wind or weather, overexposure or darkness, every customer is counted. Due to the built-in ToF (Time of flight) technology, completely new worlds open up. Thus, you can use this people counter to perform analyses concerning the sizes of people. This will help you distinguish children and animals from actual customers. But also if you want to find out the dwell time of individual customers in certain zones, the 4D Vector is the right device for you.
If you are looking for a good all-rounder, then the thermal camera is the best choice for you. The counting of persons is based on thermal images which bring an extremely high counting accuracy (max. 99%). Another special feature is the direction detection. This means that you can determine in which direction each visitor went. In addition, the enormously favorable energy consumption must be emphasized here. Ultimately, if you’re looking for a privacy-compliant and scalable solution, Thermal People Counter is the right choice.
The 3 D people counter with optical stereo camera is the absolute classic among people counting systems. Not least because the price-performance ratio is often convincing. Among the special features is the stereo height measurement. This makes it possible to distinguish between adults, children and other objects, such as shopping carts. Another highlight: with a small electronic sign, employees can be filtered out by customers. This in turn increases the counting accuracy. Furthermore, the installation is quite simple. This means you or your in-house electrician can easily install the 3 D personal meter yourself.
Do you want to count visitors at a single location, or do you want to manage multiple locations? The scalability of the solution plays an important role in this question. Likewise, possible future expansions should be considered in advance. So perhaps at the beginning it is enough to simply count the inputs and outputs. But perhaps in the future, people will want more intelligence, such as, filtering employees, or integrating with other systems. Then you are well advised to use an expandable system.
Extremely important to note: In which environment should the people counter be used. Think quite logically. These meters are overhead sensors. So if you have shiny floors (Shiny floor), stone floors with textures, light and shadow play or reflections, then the use of optical customer counters can be problematic. But there are also stumbling blocks with thermal sensors. Think here, for example, of revolving and sliding doors, which generate wind and can thus significantly influence the counting result.
There are 2 options here. Do you want to just lay back and enjoy the live data via a web application, or will a local installation with simple evaluation suffice. The web application has the charm that all data is evaluated and displayed in nice clear charts. For this, however, you have in the local version, no fees, but subsequent workload with the manual evaluation.
In the end, it is always a question of price and performance ratio. The question is also, how many functions do you need? Entry-level prices with high-quality products are around 950.00 EUR here. But then there are questions such as evaluation, employee filtering, integration, height measurement or even assembly.
