Panasonic FZ-G1: Rugged tablet with Windows 10 and anti-glare display for outdoor use

The Toughpad FZ-G1 is the rugged tablet for outdoor use in difficult conditions. It is equipped with a powerful i5 processor as well as 8 GB of working memory. One highlight of the G1 rugged tablet is the flexible ports. This way, you can easily use older devices with connections that are no longer supported. A 256 GB SSD is used for storage instead of a micro-SD card. As a result, the tablet achieves very high read and write speeds and is ideally suited for data acquisition and analysis – this is how Industry 4.0 works.

Since the FZ-G1 is based on Windows 10, the Panasonic Toughpad is a full-fledged computer replacement that can basically run any Windows-compatible software and is handier than a notebook.

To make work easy and to keep all important information in view, the Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 is equipped with a 10-finger multi-touch display, with a resolution of 1920 x 1280 px. The display achieves a brightness value of up to 800 cd/m³. Thus, the tablet can still be used well in direct sunlight. With the included stylus, you can operate the device comfortably and remain flexible.

Thanks to IP65 certification, the tablet is waterproof and dust-resistant for 60 seconds up to a depth of 2 meters. It is also certified to MIL-STD 810G. Another highlight is the 4200 mAh battery, which allows runtimes of up to 11 hours and thus uninterrupted work for long workdays.

The main camera on the back resolves at 8 MP and has an LED for additional lighting and autofocus function, so you can easily take sharp pictures at any time.
