Smart Glasses as a virtual workplace with a large field of vision and ergonomic design
With Moverio BT-40 smart glasses you create a virtual workplace, so you always have your office with you. You either enlarge the existing image of your smartphone, tablet or notebook or create a second screen that offers plenty of space.
The display resolves in Full HD, so you always have a sharp picture. A 34-degree field of view ensures a good overview. It’s equivalent to a 120-inch (about 3 m) screen that you look at from five meters away. OLED technology offers excellent picture quality with high brightness and 24-bit color depth. This way, you can work with the glasses for longer periods of time without tiring. The device is operated hands-free via voice or motion. Modern head-tracking sensors ensure precise detection of the environment and movements.
So that not only the eyes stay fit during work, Epson has also considered the wearing comfort of the Moverio BT-40 in the design. Thus, the glasses weigh a total of only 170 grams and are as comfortable to wear as conventional glasses with prescription. Flexible temples and an ergonomic headset design further enhance comfort. Optional nose pads are available, which also improve wearing comfort.
