No IoT application without the right digital infrastructure – a VPN router provides all the important interfaces for implementing all IoT and remote applications. The ECR-LW300 VPN router can be integrated into the digital infrastructure both as an access point and as a client.
The ECR-LW300 is available in two versions;with LTE or Wifi connection. The LTE router allows the installation of redundancy by using dual SIM and integrated case on GSM or UMTS.
The VPN router has two interfaces so that it can also be easily integrated into the legacy structure. In addition, the router has various digital input and output options for different applications. The ECR-LW300 router is thus ideal for use as a security layer in remote maintenance.
The router runs with the icom operating system, which is based on INSYS. In addition, an icom SmartBox is preinstalled. The Linux environment provides additional flexibility and script execution directly on the router. This also allows you to use the ECR VPN router to monitor, collect and process data from connected devices. You can also implement reporting or benchmarking applications via additional cloud services that can be easily connected thanks to digital interfaces.
