The Vuzix Blade Smart Glasses are perfect for remote assist work with their intuitive and accessible design. Images are projected onto a window on the right-hand side, so that a simple comparison in augmented reality is possible at any time. A built-in camera captures sharp 8MP images and shoots video in 1080p at 24 FPS or 720p and 1080p. Thanks to impact resistance, the AR Smart Glasses also cut a fine figure when used in heavy industrial conditions. However, it is not IP certified, so other smart glasses are more suitable for humid and explosive areas.

Android-compatible smart glasses with hands-free control and touchpad

The Vuzix Blade is not a stand-alone device, but connects to a compatible Android device. A LiPo battery provides the necessary power to operate the display and camera, which in turn are powered by a quad core ARM CPU. When it comes to control, the Vuzix blades offer maximum flexibility. On the one hand, the AR glasses have a touchpad, on the other hand, hands-free operation via voice control is also possible. The connection with smartphone or tablet is possible via WiFi as well as Bluetooth.
