Industrial notebook with high mobility for outdoor use and IP53 certification
The Toughbook 55 HD is a rugged laptop from Panasonic that focuses on security, robustness and flexibility. The hardware is built into a magnesium case with a honeycomb design. It has been tested to MIL-STD 810H and is IP53 certified. This makes the notebook dust-proof and splash-proof. It also operates in a high temperature range between -29 to 60 °C. The Toughbook 55 also meets the Secured Core PC criteria. Despite the robust construction, Panasonic’s Toughbook only weighs 2.08 kg, so you can easily transport the notebook in a backpack to the field.
High flexibility and mobility
The performance is guaranteed by a modern i5 processor in combination with 8 GB of fast DDR4 memory. Windows 10 in the Pro version is preinstalled as the operating system, which guarantees you high compatibility with most software, so you can work with Toughbook in the field like you are used to in the office.
The 14-inch display in Full ‘HD resolution also contributes to this, giving you a good overview of your work at all times.
A powerful rechargeable battery provides 20 hours of runtime, allowing you to work undisturbed in the field. An optionally available additional battery can be used for even longer runtimes, which doubles the runtime accordingly.
