The Vuzix M4000 is an advanced dust, water and drop resistant AR glasses with IP67 certification for professional use in production, maintenance, logistics and customer support. It is one of the few smart glasses on the market that have their own computing unit and do not rely on an additional terminal device. Nevertheless, it is a relatively light pair of data glasses with a total weight of 222 grams.A 1000 mAh battery offers a runtime of up to 3 hours. This makes them particularly flexible for professional use.

Modern display with wide field of view for a perfect AR experience

The data glasses show their strength wherever complex actions are required – for example, in the remote maintenance of production facilities. Digital information is superimposed on the real objects via the display. This creates the basis for distraction-free work in augmented reality without distractions. A wide field of view of 26 degrees and a resolution of 640×480 px provide a sharp view and enable fatigue-free work over longer periods of time. The data glasses also have all the functions for communication via audio and video. It is therefore perfectly suited for use in remote maintenance or remote customer service.

AR glasses with 4K camera and voice control

The M4000 data glasses are the successor to the Vuzix M400 and come with a camera that can take photos at 12 MP and videos in 4K at 30 frames per second. In addition, the new version of the AR glasses has stereo speakers and optimized voice control. With the new version of the Vuzix glasses, you therefore no longer need a separate headset to move hands-free through augmented reality.
